I Whisper

I whisper " I Love You" to Jesus my Lord
From my lips to the wind of a beautiful morn
Gently flowing in rhythm to creation they rose
To the Throne room of Heaven
To Jesus, my own.

I felt the trickle of Heaven on me
As the sun burst through, with the warmth that it brings.
Glowing with radiance of my Merciful King
With the love of God covering me.

Rich in anointing, I bow my head
Thanking my Lord for what lies ahead
Cloaked in the armor of service to Him
Sword lays beside me as my day has begun.

Whether in battle or worship this day
Inside of me, my Savior will stay
Guiding me each step of the way
Holding me tight, so I won't stray

Wrapped in His love, I walk as a King
Taking on battles to victory
Gently comforts a soul that does mourn
Whatever the need , that is why I was born

Thanking my Savior when my day is through
Lord, I am tried, I really need You.
Cradled in kindness, I lay down my head
"Jesus, I Love You." the words that I said.

Gently He rocks me, His love fills my being
"Thank You" He says " For the love you've shown me."
"When, Lord" I answered " I don't understand."
He smiled sweetly, held onto my hand.

"Child" He told me " you may not see.
When you love others, you are loving Me.
Through you I show them the love that I bring.
Now rest my child, now rest in Me."

Sweetly I sleep now as my Savior sings
Songs of love, He sings over me
Whispers " I love you" into my being
Softly and sweetly. My Savior does sing.
