Glorious Day

There is always a brighter tomorrow,
If today you totally believe in faith.
Brighter day's to chase away your sorrows,
as a sunny smile shall appear upon your face.

While walking through life's journey,
We shall endure so many fall's.
But love and peace shall last for eternity,
Once God comes along making His call.

One day we shall all be reunited,
as we enter through the pearly gates.
Oh, how we all shall be so happy,
on that wonderful glorious day.

I AM JESUS
AND I AM YOUR FRIEND.
I WILL BE HERE
FOR YOUR DEEPEST NEED.
WHEN YOUR HEART IS SAD AND LONELY,
I WILL COMFORT YOU IN YOUR SPIRIT.
PLEASE CALL ON ME,
FOR I LONG TO BE BY YOUR SIDE.
DO NOT BE ASHAMED OF YOUR TEARS,
FOR I GAVE THEM TO YOU
TO RELEASE THE PAIN YOU BOTTLE INSIDE.
I HAVE GIVEN YOU BROTHERS AND SISTERS
WHO LOVE ME, AND SO LOVE YOU,
TO OFFER YOU COMFORT AND STRENGTH.
YOUR SOUL LONGS FOR REST AND PEACE.
DO NOT BE AFRAID TO LEAN ON ME,
FOR I AM THAT REST.
MY ARMS CRADLE YOU IN SAFETY,
AND I AM THE PRINCE OF PEACE.
YOU ARE EMPTY, HUNGRY, SEARCHING.
FEAST ON MY WORD,
FOR IT WILL FILL AND SUSTAIN YOU.
LET IT GUIDE YOU IN MY TRUTH.
AND LET ME BE YOUR SHELTER
THROUGH EVERY STORM.

Rewarding Us

Your love gives me all the courage that I need,
To face this big world all on my own.
For the path of righteousness you do lead,
With you forever I wish to roam.

In times of darkness you shed your light,
You supply strength, when one is weak.
Thoughts of you keep me warm at night,
with your loving words of comfort 
through my heart you speak.

You have greatly widen the path of love,
Inviting all to walk with you.
Offering your guidedness to us all.
Rewarding us with a life of eternity 
to live with you in the heavens above.
